Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of any cancellation of the reservation you will forfeit a $25 Cancellation Fee, Per campsite reserved.

The fee is made up of the $7 Non-refundable Booking Fee + $18 Cancellation Service Fee.

If cancelling 8 days or more prior to your date of arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will apply and the remainder of the cost will be refunded.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are completely non-refundable for any reason.

Additional Information

• Date changes: After any date change, the updated reservation is non-refundable.
• Cancel 7 days or less before arrival: No refund for any reason.
• Cancel 8 days or more before arrival: We refund the balance you paid, minus applicable fees.
• Cancellation fee (per campsite): $25.00 total. This includes a $6.67 plus taxes non-refundable booking fee (software/transaction costs) plus an $18.00 cancellation fee.
• Multiple campsites: Fees and refunds are calculated per campsite reserved.
• No refunds for early departures, evictions, booking a campsite too small for your RV length, or due to weather.

Reservation Change Fees

• Reduce stay (remove nights) 8 days or more before arrival: $10.00 per reservation.
• Add nights: no change fee (nightly rate applies).
• Change dates 8 days or more before arrival: no change fee (online, phone, or email). Seasonal rate differences may apply. After any date change, the updated reservation is non-refundable.

Site Assignment & Lock Site Option

• Campsite numbers and specific locations are subject to change unless a Lock Site Fee is paid at the time of booking.
• If the Lock Site Fee is paid, the selected campsite is guaranteed. Locked sites cannot be moved or changed after confirmation.
• If the Lock Site Fee is not paid, we may reassign campsites as needed. We may optimize site assignments up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival.
• If we change your campsite due to optimization, you will receive an equivalent campsite in the same category with the same services and hook-up level.

Fees & Occupancy

• All Reservations include $6.67 plus taxes, non-refundable booking fee per site
• Extra people: $6.00 per person, per night. Children 5 years and under are free. Maximum 6 people per campsite.
• Rates include 1 vehicle, up to 4 people, and up to 2 tents per campsite.
• Extra tent: $7.00 per tent, per night. Maximum 3 tents if space permits.
• Maximum setup: 1 travel trailer plus 1 additional tent.
• Car camping / roof-top tents: maximum 1 car per campsite. Extra parking is by the office or on the main road.
• Boat Storage: non-refundable booking fee $2.80 plus taxes per site.
• Cleaning fee: a $25 cleaning fee will be charged to sites not following Wild safe BC Bear Campsite Guidelines & may result in eviction without refund.

Booking Policy

Reservations are recommended, especially during peak season in July and August. Full pre-payment by credit card is required for all reservations, October to April all reservations must be made online before entering the campground.

Rates, Fees & Occupancy

• Rates are based on one vehicle and up to 4 people per single campsite.
• All rates quoted include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
• All reservations include a $6.67 plus taxes non-refundable booking fee per site.
• Additional people are charged at $6.00 per person, per night. Children 5 years and under are free.
• A maximum of 6 people are permitted per single campsite.
• Rates include up to 2 tents per campsite. An extra tent is $7.00 per tent, per night, with a maximum of 3 tents if space permits.
• Maximum setup is 1 travel trailer plus 1 additional tent.
• Car camping and roof-top tents are limited to 1 car per campsite. Extra parking is available by the office or on the main road.
• Boat storage includes a non-refundable booking fee of $2.80 plus taxes per site.

Check-In, Check-Out & Seasonal Operations

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM, with no exceptions.
• Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 PM.
• Full pre-payment by credit card is required for all reservations, October to April all reservations must be made online before entering the campground.

RV Size & Site Suitability

Not all RV sites can accommodate all RV sizes. Guests are responsible for booking a site that can safely accommodate their RV length and setup. No refunds are provided if a guest books a campsite that is too small for their RV.

Reservation Changes

• Changes must be made 8 days or more before the expected arrival date.
• If a change is requested 7 days or less before the expected arrival date, it is considered a cancellation and is non-refundable.
• Adding additional nights has no change fee; the nightly rate applies.
• Changing dates 8 days or more before arrival has no change fee, but seasonal rate differences may apply.
• After any date change, the updated reservation is non-refundable.
• Reducing the number of nights 8 days or more before arrival is subject to a $10.00 reservation change fee.

Bear Campsite Guidelines

A $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged to sites not following WildSafeBC Bear Campsite Guidelines. Failure to follow bear campsite requirements may result in eviction without refund.
